What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain custom Power BI reports, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
- Create Oracle database objects (tables, indexes, views, functions, etc.) to load large data sets
- Develop Unix shell and SQL Loader scripts for data loading into an Oracle reporting database
- Collaborate with various teams to secure data required for reports
- Serve as a technical expert on system usage and performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience writing technical documents
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services or Pharmaceutical industry)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Power BI Report development
- Familiarity with developing/creating Service Now reports
- Knowledge of Unix Shell scripting and SQL programming
- Experience with SharePoint (creating and maintaining lists and surveys)
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
