What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain project schedules for Data Center construction projects
- Perform Time Impact Analysis for change orders affecting construction schedules
- Communicate effectively with contractors and subcontractors regarding schedule/progress matters
- Conduct Critical Path Analysis and Earned Value Analysis of construction project schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
- 2 years of on-site Data Center construction scheduling experience or 5 years of equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Electrical experience
- Extensive experience in construction scheduling, preferably in a data center environment
- Knowledge of construction terminology commonly used in contracts and related documents
