      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the technical strategy for data center projects across the employer's renewable energy portfolio
      - Manage project-specific due diligence, design, construction, and operations planning
      - Estimate and manage costs, schedules, and quality of development-stage projects
      - Identify and communicate project risks, delays, and obstacles to stakeholders, proposing solutions and action plans
      - Evaluate and select key partners, including consultants and contractors critical to data center development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in the data center industry, focusing on strategy, siting, or contracting
      - Proven experience managing complex projects and leading teams in a managerial role
      - Strong understanding of the technical aspects of data center development and operations
      - Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical program management experience focused on data centers
      - Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems in mission-critical environments
      - Familiarity with the data center development process and its various phases
      - Strong relationships with leading data center design consultants, general contractors, and equipment providers
      - Track record of scaling teams at a data center hyperscaler or large colocation provider
