What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert customer data from competitive databases to Reynolds databases
- Complete migration of customer data between Reynolds hardware platforms
- Maintain good customer relationships throughout conversion and migration processes
- Support remote and field-based trainers and field engineers on conversion and migration activities
- Develop knowledge of competitive products and enhancements to Reynolds product lines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field; open to entry-level candidates
- Knowledge of C and MS SQL Server preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to establish goals, set priorities, and multitask
- Good communication skills
- Must have a flexible work schedule with the ability to work evenings or weekends

- 0-2 years of experience in database management or related field
