      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop complex ETL solutions for data transformation and integration processes
      - Identify and tune poor-performing SQL to enhance database performance
      - Provide production support for data transformation jobs and troubleshoot performance issues
      - Mentor and assist in training entry Data Developers
      - Create and maintain technical documentation for data transformation procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology, with five (5) years as a Data Developer in a large data warehouse and business intelligence environment
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience with data development technologies such as Informatica, Data Stage, or MS SSIS
      - Strong proficiency in writing and tuning advanced SQL
      - Hands-on experience working with Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare nomenclature
      - Experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Lake, SQL, and Data Factory
      - Familiarity with Medallion Architecture concepts like bronze, silver, and gold layers
      - Knowledge of DevOps processes and version control fundamentals
      - Practical applications of Python for data transformations and notebooks
