POSITION

Allspring is seeking a Data Analyst - Graduate in Charlotte, NC to join the Allspring Engineering and Technology (AllspringET) team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and deploy data pipelines end to end across multiple workstreams such as: Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Ingestion, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, Data Security, Business Intelligence & Data Analysis to name a few.
• Build strong relationships with Data Stewards, technology teams, Product Managers, Scrum managers, Developers, and other data consumers.
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals.
• Engage with all levels of professionals across the enterprise.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for L2/L3 production support escalation and own the end-to-end incident management and issue resolution.
• Schedule jobs using technologies like Autosys and other related technologies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of strong internship experience or relevant training or coursework in designing and delivering data pipelines using any technology such as Python, Java
• 2+ years of any database / SQL experience preferably Snowflake, SQL Server
• 2+ years of investment management industry exposure or equivalent coursework
• Proven experience with Agile development and SDLC principles.
• Linux OS and shell scripting
• Bachelor’s degree or higher MIS, CS, or other technology related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Any exposure to AWS Cloud is an added advantage.
• Exposure to financial data is a huge plus.
• Ability to quickly grasp the code written by other engineers and support it, transform it.
• Flexibility to pickup new technologies such as snowflake, informatica cloud, Tableau etc on the need basis and contribute.
