      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Scrub, research, validate, and enter data related to provider contract records
      - Update status in customer systems and ensure accurate data entry
      - Analyze collected information to identify potential problems and discrepancies
      - Monitor email inquiries and provide timely responses
      - Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet client SLA's

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional or office-related environment
      - At least 1 year of experience using Windows applications and navigating multiple computer systems
      - Educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
      - Ability to effectively communicate in a professional/office setting
      - Strong time management skills to cope with a complex, changing environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of AS400 and Excel Spreadsheets
      - Effective troubleshooting skills leveraging research and analysis
      - Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
      - Previous experience in a data entry or clerical role
