What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture and validate data that may be more complex than standard requests
- Provide production services by performing tasks such as data entry and document processing
- Receive and process documents from both electronic and hard copy formats
- Identify and categorize documents to create a comprehensive database of information
- Follow up with customers to obtain additional information or documentation as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (words per minute)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
