What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and promote change management and departmental initiatives within assigned areas
- Ensure departmental quality and service standards are met or exceeded
- Deliver routine work independently while adhering to established procedures and guidelines
- Determine eligibility and confirm effective dates for benefit elections based on contractual guidelines
- Maintain accurate member records by verifying provided information and making necessary changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
