- Enter invoices and purchase orders.
- Perform filing and scanning of documents.
- Extensive data entry tasks.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to type 60+ words per minute.
- Any accounting and/or purchasing experience is a plus.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or utility industry is desirable.

Work Environment
The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with hours from 7:30 am- 4:30 pm or 8 am- 5 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
