- Support the submission of license applications to relevant jurisdictions as needed.
- Address and respond to information requests from retail locations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and processing of licensing requirements.
- Proficient in using a laptop and data entry systems.
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Experience with business licensing or regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or regulatory environment is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with teams and external parties.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle issues as they arise.
