      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry tasks including new hire information, direct deposits, and employee verifications
      - Collaborate with the Supervisor and Specialists to test payroll HCM system updates
      - Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all department matters
      - Be adaptable to perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs
      - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience and basic computer skills (MS Office)
      - Willingness to work overtime as business needs dictate
      - Ability to lift approximately 20 lbs. or more as required
      - Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HCM systems, AS/400, and Kronos
      - High level of attention to detail and quality focus
      - Ability to work independently and in a team setting
      - Capacity to handle tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
      - Strong ability to read and interpret written documents and instructions
