What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately input information from physical documents into the database using various tools
- Verify and cross-reference data with source documents to ensure accuracy
- Retrieve and backup data from the database for team access and protection against data loss
- Organize and sort paperwork post-data entry to maintain an orderly filing system
- Uphold data confidentiality principles in compliance with organizational policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in computer software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage tasks and interact with team members

- Additional education or certification in data management or a related field
- Experience with data management systems or software
- Familiarity with data confidentiality and compliance policies
