What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data entry support by maintaining various data systems for tracking compliance and membership activities
- Establish and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Create and update spreadsheets and databases, including tracking membership cards and activity reports
- Assist with the implementation of local events and special projects as assigned
- Interact courteously with managers, co-workers, and members to ensure effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer, laptop, or phone device
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy, with a demonstrated typing speed of 80 wpm
- Knowledge of data processing applications such as Microsoft Word and basic Google Docs
- Motivated and friendly demeanor, with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in sales or previous experience in a sales role
- Familiarity with additional computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Outlook
