What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assemble and organize data for input into the system
- Type or key information into the system using a computer workstation
- File material in alphabetical or numerical sequence
- Work closely with personnel in various offices submitting data input material
- Answer inquiries regarding recorded data in person or over the telephone
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- 18 months of education and clerical experience, including data-entry equipment operation
- Satisfactory completion of a post-high school or college-level data entry or computer operations-related course
- Typing speed of 20 correct words per minute
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in operating standard office machines
