What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify accuracy of the organization’s rates and coverages; enter data into the database system based on company criteria
- Update CCS and Certificate of Insurance databases for the commercial customer base
- Field inquiries from dealers and insureds regarding coverages and account setup processes via phone and email
- Track and maintain signed contracts and COI documents in accordance with company procedures
- Run daily and bi-monthly insurance expiration letters to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer experience including data entry and keyboard skills
- Strong PC skills with attention to detail
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in database maintenance
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to understand how database maintenance interacts with system processes
