What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process client scheduling requests for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Enter new and rescheduled job requests into the internal database
- Set up direct billing for insurance carriers
- Review requests for missing or incomplete information and follow up with clients
- Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain compliance with data integrity and security standards
- Professionalism in responding to internal and external queries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in litigation support is considered a valuable plus
