What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate keyboard-controlled data entry devices to transcribe data accurately for processing
- Verify and correct data in the system of record by cross-referencing with other data sources
- Enter missing data and ensure critical data fields are complete based on electronic images
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Process applications and data within timelines defined by contract requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in data entry or clerical field
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective written and verbal communication skills using appropriate business English
- Computer literacy to use business software and enter/retrieve data
- Ability to obtain and maintain customer or government security clearance
