      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Operate keyboard-controlled data entry devices to transcribe data for computer processing
      - Review and process electronically stored data according to established procedures
      - Verify and correct data accuracy by cross-referencing with other data systems
      - Enter missing data and ensure critical data fields are complete
      - Respond to internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in data entry or clerical field
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Computer literacy to effectively use business software and manage data
      - Effective customer service skills to address inquiries and escalate issues as needed
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills using appropriate business English

      - Experience in a team-oriented environment
      - Skills in maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and customers
      - Ability to obtain and maintain customer or government security clearance
