      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Input and manage data using the RA tracking system from various sources
      - Extract and ensure the accuracy of information/data
      - Identify and report discrepancies in data
      - Prepare reports based on requests and respond to basic inquiries about the RA process
      - Assist employees with submitting requests and uploading necessary documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent required
      - Minimum of six (6) years of related experience
      - At least three (3) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and tracking data for program analysis
      - Three (3) years of experience in writing and editing reports, briefings, and presentations
      - Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Access, Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience serving as a Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Assistant
      - Proven track record of ensuring timeliness and accuracy in the RA process
