What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter, update, and verify patient referral data into various systems
- Review and verify data accuracy in the database
- Process incoming faxes in a timely and efficient manner
- Confirm that medical scripts and referral documentation are accurate
- Communicate effectively with center employees to gather additional information as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or data entry, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient speed and accuracy in data entry, achieving 9,000+ KSPH
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong problem solver
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Continuing education beyond a high school diploma or GED
