- File documents accurately in EHR according to approved filing structure
- Route incoming faxes to appropriate folders and import approved documents
- Monitor and complete data integrity workflow processes
- Prioritize daily work, problem solve, and make decisions independently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required
- General understanding of medical terminology
- One year of customer service in healthcare and PC skills required
- Previous EHR experience required
- Good oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of Health Information Technology experience preferred
- Hyland OnBase Unity Client experience preferred
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Positive customer service behaviors
- Demonstrated teamwork and flexibility
