      Data Entry Specialist

      Job Description

      We are seeking a diligent and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle general clerical and administrative work, including order entry and managing information within our computer systems. You will work within the sales, shipping/ordering, and design departments, utilizing multiple systems.

      Responsibilities

      • Take approximately 20 phone calls daily.
      • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
      • Enter information into computer systems accurately.
      • Collect information and maintain an organized filing system.
      • Review data for completeness and accuracy.
      • Utilize Oracle, Excel, and Synergy systems.

      • Detail and task-oriented mindset
      • Good tenure in current/past positions
      • 2-3+ years of office experience

      Work Environment

      You will work in a manufacturing environment. The position operates on a first shift from Monday through Friday, with flexible hours (e.g., 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
