What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up and maintain approved subcontractors/vendors in QuickBooks
- Review and process subcontractor/vendor invoices on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
- Create and update construction budgets for each floor plan and enter them in QuickBooks
- Monitor project budget accounts including data entry, balancing, and reporting
- Prepare transaction reports and ensure the accuracy of printed account payable checks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of job-related experience
- Strong bookkeeping knowledge and basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with QuickBooks for at least 1 year
- Strong computer and typing skills (40 wpm) and 10-key by touch
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
