- Execute critical steps to maintain uninterrupted order flow.
- Gather data using dashboards and queries to troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis.
- Generate customer-facing order reports.
- Communicate with internal customers on critical issues affecting overall performance.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Supply Chain, Distribution, and IT.
- Prioritize workload and activities throughout the day and week.
- Fully own processes and recommend improvements to standards and procedures.
- Proactively identify areas of potential risk of non-compliance and work cross-functionally to minimize customer impacts.
- Work with the manager to communicate metrics and performance with the organization.
- Experience with ERP platforms and/or warehouse management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Direct experience in order management or related areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Data entry, order entry, administration, and order processing experience.

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted order flow, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers. This role requires excellent analytical skills and proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment
The first two weeks will be fully onsite at our Milwaukee location, followed by a hybrid work arrangement. You will be joining a team of five, with plans to add two contractors. The management style is hands-off, though managers will be involved in the initial stages to ensure smooth onboarding. The company fosters a great work culture and offers a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
