What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct monthly monitoring of Dual Roles and Matrix Reporting (DRMR)
- Enhance desktop procedures based on staffing and DRMR processes
- Support reporting on status, gaps, and remediation actions for management committees
- Perform data analysis across various staffing data components
- Create data visualizations to assist with management reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Good understanding of strategic workforce planning or background in financial planning and business operations
- Demonstrated experience in presenting complex ideas and data visually
- Experience in driving transformation and change management in large organizations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and focus on the big picture
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in creating, tracking, and managing metrics
