      Job Description

      Data Governance Officer main responsibilities are focused on the Customer, Team and Department defined data we operate with in HCI - SLAs, KPIs and Productivity Metrics, Internal Documentation (Team and Department related), Customer Documentation. The role defines, educates and guides on best practices ensuring all internal teams adhere to created and defined standard structures for all our internal repository channels to help us better communicate our goals, plans, progress and results both internally and externally.

      Job Responsibilities:
      • Responsible for leading and coordinating data governance activities on a day-to-day basis.
      • Coordinating with other roles to implement structured and consistent reporting on customer, team and department KPIs.
      • Define documentation repository structure according to department's service portfolio, technologies and tools, partnerships, projects and the associates' internal organization on official SharePoint site.
      • Follow up on access compliance to internal data for all repositories.
      • Ensure the internal usage of existent templates and/or support creating consistent formats and standards according to yearly company updated templates.
      • Ensure naming convention, styles and template formats are used the same across all repository structure, documents and metrics.
      • Conduct with other roles continuous reviewal to assure documentation is up to date.
      • Scope out yearly used template files and keep them up to date, created in advance for the new year.
      • Support with knowledge and expertise cross-department activities (Ex. Transitions, integrations, carve-outs) to make sure all data is being collected and saved according to planning.
      • Mentor and coach HCI Practice Leads and Delivery Managers on updated templates, updated repository structures and the process of collecting and storing information data.



      Job Requirements:

      • Must have experience in infrastructure delivery services and infrastructure technologies.
      • Must have a deep understanding of service delivery processes and performance metrics.
      • Must be able to work effectively with technical teams and users from across the department, convincing them of the benefits of adhering to internal governance policies.
      • Possess strong communication and persuasion skills to ensure everyone within the organization understands the potential of data and works in line with internal governance framework.
      • Fluency in Business English.
      • Additional language is an asset.

      Certification Requirements:
      • Familiarity with ITIL v3 or 4 would be advantageous.
