      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and govern a master data governance implementation roadmap to support process and data improvement efforts
      - Implement best practices for Master Data Governance and ensure accountability for data stewardship
      - Develop a working knowledge of business processes and ERP systems to drive data governance activities
      - Coordinate meetings and workshops with data stewards to address data quality metrics and process issues
      - Create data governance dashboards and metrics for reporting to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Management
      - 5+ years of hands-on experience with data management, architecture, and integration
      - 3+ years of experience in data quality and governance practices
      - 3+ years of experience with enterprise business applications and data analytics
      - Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% annually

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with SQL
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Results-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
      - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
      - Understanding of functional areas such as Human Capital Management and Finance
