What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire, manage, and analyze data for internal teams, clients, and partners
- Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouses and Salesforce with tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Communicate directly with customers regarding data needs and deadlines
- Monitor client data submissions and resolve data quality issues
- Lead web-based training sessions for clients and partners on data specifications and requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Previous client-facing experience is essential
- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
- Must be extremely responsive and able to work under pressure
- Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data
- Familiarity with data quality issue resolution
- Ability to configure mapping tools for data translation and documentation
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in data
