      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review / research record errors by comparing error reports against system information and raw data files
      - Send / Receive emails to / from Clients / Third Party Administrators (TPA) to reconcile / gather necessary information to update and / or process records
      - Receive / Send emails to / from Carriers in response to member eligibility questions and verification of enrollment status
      - Possess analytical and researching techniques to trend defects and repetitive errors
      - Initiate internal tickets to EDI Analysts identifying errors for them to work with Client / Carrier / TPA to correct file

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED OR 3+ years of equivalent working experience
      - 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment, using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
      - 1+ years of healthcare insurance experience
      - Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Microsoft Word (editing, etc.)
      - Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need (during peak season)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
