- Monitor the integrity of clinical data entered into electronic health record systems
- Perform ongoing auditing and monitoring to ensure documentation standards and regulatory requirements are met
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address data discrepancies

- Maintain knowledge of health information management practices and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience in health information management
- Experience with electronic health records
- Completion of a medical terminology course within one year of hire
- Educational qualifications must be from an accredited institution
- Must be a Wisconsin resident to apply

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Health Information Management (HIM)
- Experience performing quality audits
- RHIT or RHIA certification
- Completion of a medical terminology course at the time of hire
