- Leading several data strategy projects including the governance of the roadmap and Key Promoter Indicators (KPI) at Group, Divisional, Functional and Regional level
- Creating effective Data Management policies, and processes which support the data strategy whilst enabling risk quality through Data Lineage practices
- Understanding data control weaknesses, implementing data sourcing improvements, and managing the remediation of data quality issues
- Stakeholder Management & clear communication at a senior level, both with end business users and Information Technology (IT)
- Engaging with both internal audit and external regulators, explaining our data management landscape
- Deep understanding of process lifecycle flows in one or more of these divisions (IB/RFT)
- Ability to investigate and present details of lineage, completeness, and transformations performed upon data via flows and processes
- Experience in using industry standard data management tools such as Collibra and Solidatus
- Data Management Capability Assessment Model (DCAM) would be useful or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
- Good inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders

Job Description:
GSA is part of Group Chief Operation Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank’s businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank.
Deutsche Bank is investing heavily in optimising our business processes and regulatory outcomes by using data in the best ways possible, and you will be directly shaping the strategy to do so as a member of the Investment Bank/RFT Divisional Data Office (IB/ DDO) in GSA.
You will be joining the RFT team who are responsible for the data strategy across these business domains. The team is responsible for Adherence to Policies and Procedures, managing Enterprise Data Strategy & Framework, aligned to the Chief Data Office and Governing Data Councils, and conducting independent assessments of data capabilities. Your responsibilities will range from actively defining policies and guidelines that address regulatory and internal controls, to implementing technical frameworks to provide data efficiently and responsibly.
