What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult on complex initiatives related to Data Management with broad organizational impact
- Review and analyze large-scale Data Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluations
- Collaborate and consult strategically with client personnel to resolve complex situations
- Develop complex workflows for triaging data quality observations and provide insights
- Create and troubleshoot dynamic applications and macros using the Alteryx tool

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis and hands-on experience with Alteryx tool
- Experience in developing complex workflows, data automation, and data visualization
- Alteryx certification required: Alteryx Designer Expert and Alteryx Predictive Master
- Familiarity with Banking and regulatory reporting is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data cleansing, reporting, and comparison techniques
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics automation and data preparation capabilities
- Ability to decode and provide details on existing workflows and their logic
- Experience in creating complex batch and iterative macros
