      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of provider records or credentialing and contract information in multiple databases
      - Research and resolve questions and complaints, ensuring accurate information in all systems
      - Respond to requests to update or change information in accordance with operational guidelines
      - Provide consultation and information regarding the composition of the provider network or specific provider statuses
      - Assist representatives with detailed information to answer provider questions and communicate resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, data management, communications, or credentialing verifications
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health or related industry
      - Possesses the ability to type 45-50+ words per minute
      - High level of technical aptitude and ability to organize and manage information in multiple system environments
      - Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications

      - Associate degree in a relevant field
