Overview

The purpose of this position is to focus on the management of data entry and configuration in the databases that affect program data integrity, and subsequently performance and will focus on behind the scenes data management. This position will assist Performance Analyst and serve as back-up with performance management from TWIST, WIT – management report creation.

Responsibilities

• Records, compiles, and analyzes performance information to ensure contract compliance
• Generates and analyzes performance reports
• Evaluates internal reports and provide management all required monitoring documents on time
• Laserfiche & Twist database management – file management, deletions, moves, record integrity, staff support
• Credential and employment outreach, employment entry – record collection, data entry review
• Measurable Skills Gain - participant management, data entry, record collection
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate experience
• Three years of experience working in multiple database systems
• TWIST, WIT, and TWC database systems a plus
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Understand trends and trend analysis
• Proficient with Excel, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills
