What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business owners on third-party vendor onboarding processes
- Manage and review third-party risk assessments, identifying risks and suggesting mitigation measures
- Monitor vendor assessment status and conduct vendor audits
- Support data mapping projects by documenting data sources and flows
- Assist in developing and implementing privacy/security policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Privacy, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or MIS
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Data Privacy/Security and Compliance roles
- Knowledge of key privacy laws and security standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience performing privacy risk assessments and identifying risks
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant privacy-security certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT)
- Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, policies, and best practices
- Experience with GRC and risk management tools
- Proactive and adaptable to a global environment
- Willingness to travel up to 10% if needed
