What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform extensive data entry into NSF systems to support the peer review process and manage affiliated paperwork
- Communicate via telephone and email with reviewers and NSF program staff
- Track all duties and deliverables in SharePoint
- Collaborate with teammates and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of all data entry
- Conduct administrative compliance screening on incoming proposals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced education or bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Two to three years of data entry experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and Outlook email and calendar functions
- Detail-oriented with a professional and courteous demeanor

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SharePoint is preferred; willingness to learn and adapt to SharePoint systems is essential
- Outgoing and positive attitude about helping others
