      The Business Process and Education Unit within the Court Services Division of the State Court Administrator’s Office is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to support data quality efforts statewide for the Branch’s data management systems. The position will work under the supervision of a Court Services Supervisor to gather and correct data, determine trends, post findings on statewide SharePoint site, and assist data quality analysts with outreach to court administration. The following are examples of major job duties expected for this position to perform.
      • Perform specialized data quality (including document security) court operations work.
      • Monitor, review and correct (statewide, across all case types) data quality reports.
      • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for local courts on document security/data quality.
      • Use advanced knowledge and expertise to answer questions, provide training, address complex or unique case process situations, and generally solve problems.
      Below are the past experiences that will enable success in the role. For education requirements listed, the equivalent number of years of related experience may serve as a substitute.
      What You Must Have
      • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
      • At least two (2) years of experience as a Court Operations Associate or equivalent experience.
      What You Will Bring
      • Knowledge of electronic case management system and related applications.
      • Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume work environment with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
      • Ability to remain flexible by shifting priorities to meet the changing day-to-day demands of job role.
      • Ability to identify trends and problems in daily work and recommend improvements.
      Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience working in all case types.
      • Experience working in multiple applications.

      What You Will Earn
      The expected starting salary range for external candidates is $25.47-$31.84 per hour ($53,181-$66,482 annually). The full salary range for this position is $25.47-$38.20 per hour ($53,181- $79,762 annually). This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for State of MN employee benefits.

      This full-time position is classified as a Court Operations Specialist. This person will work 8:45am – 5:15pm, Monday-Friday and work will be conducted in a remote work environment with occasional workdays in-office at the Minnesota Judicial Center, as required. Occasional travel throughout the state and to national events may also be required.
