What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support consumer and PLG growth initiatives to enhance funnel performance, including conversion rates and sales cycles
- Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive marketing's data strategy and reporting
- Write complex SQL queries and conduct in-depth analyses to extract insights from consumer data
- Lead the creation of new data pipelines and tables in BigQuery and DBT
- Communicate data-driven strategic insights on user acquisition, engagement, and retention to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, growth analytics, or a related role
- Background in B2C, SaaS, or tech startups with exposure to PLG and lifecycle marketing
- Expertise in SQL and business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or similar)
- Experience building new data pipelines and tables in BigQuery and DBT
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.)
- Experience analyzing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, SEO, social media)
- Familiarity with customer segmentation strategies and cohort analysis
- Authentic ability to drive cross-functional projects end-to-end with strong project management skills
