We are looking for a Data Scientist Intern who will be part of Flip's Data Science team in assisting various business functions across Flip by providing machine-learning-based solutions. Please note that this is a 6-month contract internship position.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain data science solutions across multiple business functions.

• Engineer data science solution codebase according to best practices

• Clearly communicate findings and ideas to technical or non-technical teams with Indonesian and English language.

• Monitor and measure the business impact of data science product implementation.

• Generate comprehensive documentation for the E2E process of data science lifecycle.

What You'll Need

• Final year student or fresh graduates from computer science or related major or data science bootcamp graduates.

• Have experience in building classification and regression machine learning models

• Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts

• Fluency in Python, Python Data Science toolkit and SQL

• Available for 6 months contract

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in credit scoring, risk profiling or banking / fintech services

• Familiarity with the GCP or AWS ecosystem

• Strong understanding in software development best practices
