What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to design, develop, and deploy data science projects focused on LLM and NLP applications
- Conduct research and experiments with LLMs to enhance data processing and analytical capabilities
- Assist in the development and deployment of machine learning models
- Perform advanced statistical analyses to derive insights and build predictive models
- Continuously explore new techniques and tools in the LLM and NLP space

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning, NLP, or related areas
- Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP and LLM frameworks
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and DBT
- Experience with building RAG, Graph RAG, Fine Tuning, and deploying solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in developing and deploying LLM-based solutions
- Exposure to real estate data or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
