With a clear focus on career progression, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact on critical national programmes, all while developing your skills in one of the most innovative sectors.

      What we offer

We offer excellent development opportunities, a competitive salary, and exceptional benefits. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

      What you will be doing

      • Lead the development and optimisation of data models to support the Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP) and other Defense programs

      • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, cyber security regulations, and government legislation

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT systems and data processes across the organisation

      • Drive improvements in data quality, efficiency, and integrity, while continuously developing your professional skills
