What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and develop data pipelines for core data storage
- Collaborate with analytics engineers and data engineers to ensure smooth operations
- Manage the backlog of issues from analysts and users
- Investigate and resolve production issues and technical problems reported by customers
- Maintain documentation and process guidance for all projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Support Engineer or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with SQL databases, including full DDL/DML capability (Snowflake preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with cloud-based data storage applications (AWS preferred)
- Experience with distributed source code control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of agile software development tools (Jira preferred)
- Experience with big data analytic tools (Python, Spark, Databricks, etc.)
