      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure service delivery meets quality and compliance standards
      - Monitor BPO teams' daily performance and handle escalations as the first point of contact
      - Assign regional customer inquiries into dashboard queues promptly
      - Summarize weekly performance metrics and ensure effective agent training
      - Conduct focus groups to identify pain points and promote best practices among BPO agents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in Business, Communications, or a scientific discipline, or equivalent experience in business operations or medical device
      - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in leading customer service and complaint intake for a global medical device manufacturer
      - Availability for international travel
      - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
      - Experience in managing quality assurance processes in a medical device context
