What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary administrator for Raiser’s Edge NXT, maintaining accurate and confidential donor records
- Create and manage queries, reports, and dashboards to support fundraising goals and data-driven decisions
- Reconcile donations with the finance department and produce reports for audits and leadership planning
- Conduct research to identify prospective individual, foundation, and corporate donors
- Track and manage donor engagement pipelines and assist in portfolio development with the External Relations team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience administering Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar CRM
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit, business, or information systems
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity and meaningful donor relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word mail merges
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with donor research platforms (e.g., DonorSearch, Research Point)
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor lifecycle best practices
- Comfort with online fundraising platforms or email marketing tools
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising or database management
