What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and enhance the performance, security, and reliability of database systems
- Participate in developing IT strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
- Design and implement Azure ETL and data pipelines for data ingestion and reporting
- Monitor database performance and implement optimizations for reliability
- Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in database administration
- Experience with relational databases and knowledge of automation capabilities
- Proficient with data platforms, including SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Azure SQL databases
- Familiarity with data architecture, data mining, and business requirements analysis
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices, laws, and regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with core software applications such as Epic, Sage, and Microsoft Power Apps
- Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills
- Ability to conduct research into issues and products as required
- Strong customer service orientation and experience in a collaborative environment
- On-call availability for emergency issues
