      • Core hours are: NIGHTSHIFT: Friday and Saturday 8:30pm through 7am and Sunday as needed (no double time pay on Sunday.)
      • In the event of additional hours needed, hours can be: NIGHTSHIFT: 7pm to 7am.
      • Part Time associates can volunteer to fill in as needed Monday-Thursday.
      • Expected hours can range from 20 hours to 36 hours per week depending on production needs.
      • PTO will accrue at ½ the normal rate
      • Holiday pay is 4 hrs per Holiday instead of 8 hrs
      • Full medical/dental/vision/pharmacy benefits are offered to part time associates
      • 401k & Bonus Eligible
      • Starting pay $22.50 + $1.20 Shift premium for NIGHT Shift.

      Position Overview

      Primary responsibilities include trouble shooting, process control and performing preventative maintenance while maintaining a high level of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

      Essential Functions:

      • Maintain production equipment, find abnormal machine problems as well as finding the root cause of a problem, verify product quality, find machine quality problems, identify and adjust the machine using root cause analysis and assisting with production needs as necessary.
      • Communicate with support areas, lead and direct workflow during production activities, track and implement countermeasures of downtime trends and train associates on proper procedures.
      • Ensure all safety and quality specifications are followed, repair minor machine issues, preform basic preventive maintenance as required,, safely operate and maintain machines by mass production criteria (quality, cost, delivery) and maintain and stabilize machine working parameters.
      • Perform other duties as assigned by Chain of command.
      • Ability to lift 33lbs
      • Follow all safety and quality requirements
      • Able to read, compute, interpret, construct and maintain charts, records, log books and graphs.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
      • Three (3) plus years of manufacturing/industrial experience to include; multi-machine operation, mechanical troubleshooting and minor repair.
      • Stable work history
      • Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime
      • Must be able to read and interpret manuals and perform basic math with a calculator.
      • Must be able to read, compute, interpret, construct and maintain charts, records, log books and graphs.
      • Computer skills (ie.knowledge of Excell, Word & powerpoint).

      Qualified candidates are required to complete a Plant Skills Review (PSR). This assessment has sections including math, mechanical reasoning, stock picking, pattern series recognition and a personality inventory.
