Job Description

Rexroth is a leading international brand for industrial solutions and a part of the Bosch Group. Following fast development of infrastructure projects, off-road machinery industry is experiencing strong growth since many years in China. We as Bosch Rexroth are delivering components and software solutions to major China off-road machinery OEMs. To satisfy the stricter emission requirements and following the rise of new energy vehicle technology, our target is to electrify off-road vehicles, such as construction and material handling vehicles. We are designing 400V-800V new energy system and software solutions for our customers and looking for new team members to enable our fast growth. You will be a part of our customer project team to create innovative, environmentally friendly solutions for our customers.

• Design system typology for high voltage off-road vehicles.
• Develop pure electric and hybrid system electrification systems with internal and external partners.
• Define component requirements for internal and external suppliers, ensure compatibility of the whole HV system
• Communicate with customer, propose best system solution to solve customer pain points.
• Technically coordinate all partners to realize superior and reliable system performance.
• Supervise vehicle commissioning and achieve best-in-class performance.
• Develop testing standards.
• Lead the team to establish fighting spirit, create a “thrive for best” team culture.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have more than 8 years of work experience in the field of electrification. He/she should have solid serial production project experiences.
• Have in-depth knowledge regarding the key components of an EV system, such as e-motor, inverter, DCDC, gearbox, PDU etc.
• Have worked extensively with gearbox/transmission systems, mechanical design background is preferred.
• Know different types of hybrid systems, have experiences in designing hybrid systems.
• Preferably the candidate has worked in passenger vehicle projects (not a must) as well as in commercial vehicle or OHW vehicles projects.
• Preferably the candidate has good knowledge about the OHW industry, has previous experience on OHW electrification projects.
• The candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset, should should track record of thriving to create value for customer.
• The candidate should be innovative, and always try to achieve the best possible results.
