What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute various aspects of the financial due diligence process
- Analyze historical financial and operating results of target companies to identify risks and business trends
- Prepare due diligence reports outlining analyses and findings
- Interact extensively with personnel from target companies and clients
- Identify critical post-closing matters to enhance profitability and cash flows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a client-facing professional services environment
- Active CPA or in-progress is required
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience or completion of a rotation program within a financial due diligence practice
- Strong interpersonal skills with a superior client service focus
- Ability to travel up to 15%
