What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients
- Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for the best traveler experience
- Handle a wide range of bookings, from simple to complex, including ticket exchanges and complex fares
- Resolve any issues that may occur during travel assignments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of experience working as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in a customer service industry
- Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
- Genuine passion for high-quality customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Military experience/certifications accepted as a substitute for some requirements
