What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth mechanism design and research to innovate DeFi mechanisms and patterns
- Manage client success by developing research roadmaps and overseeing execution quality
- Create predictive models, statistical analyses, and machine learning algorithms for blockchain insights
- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring data integrity
- Publish research reports on blockchain data trends, protocol performance, and economic models
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-10+ years of experience in research, data science, or mechanism design
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in a client-facing role
- Deep understanding of DeFi and crypto topics through professional experience or personal interest
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's or Ph.D. in Quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Physics
- Experience contributing to DeFi economic understanding and optimization
- Proven ability to work on research projects that value quality and practical outcomes
